Operating your business through a corporation provides a layer of security against personal liability.

Corporations can borrow money at lower rates. They can also raise money by selling shares or bonds to investors

The tax rate for business income in a corporation is usually lower than your personal tax rate if you’re self-employed.

More creditability
Some businesses, contractors, or government agencies will only work with corporations. This also sends a message to potential investors and partners that you’re serious and in it for the long game.
