Helping families & businesses keep more of what they earn through tax-efficient financial planning.

Four people. Same $10,000 a year. Same 15 years. S Four people. Same $10,000 a year. Same 15 years. Same 8% rate of return. Same 43.41% tax rate. The only difference is how each one structured their investment.

Solomon contributes annually to his RRSP. Caleb to a non-registered account. Ariana to his TFSA. Savannah uses an investment loan strategy. All four are disciplined. All four are consistent. All four are doing something right.

So which one generates the most after-tax income after 15 years?

The answer might surprise you but more importantly, the answer is different for everyone. Watch to the end to see all four results and understand why there is no single right strategy. Only the right strategy for your situation.

Not financial advice. Results are based on an 8% annual rate of return and a 43.41% marginal tax rate over 15 years. Individual results will vary based on income, tax situation, investment performance, and personal financial goals. Speak with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Your corporation may be sitting on tax-free money Your corporation may be sitting on tax-free money you've never touched.

It's called the Capital Dividend Account and most incorporated professionals go their entire career without ever knowing it exists.

Not because it doesn't apply to them.

But because nobody told them.

If you own a corporation and nobody has reviewed your CDA, there may be tax-free money trapped inside your company right now.

That's exactly where we start.

Everyone has a financial plan. The question is… w Everyone has a financial plan.

The question is… was it built intentionally?

Most people have:
• a mortgage
• some investments
• maybe insurance

But that doesn’t automatically create clarity.

A real financial plan should answer your 3 Burning Questions™:

✦ Will I actually have enough?
✦ Am I making the right financial decisions today?
✦ What happens if life changes unexpectedly?

Because products alone don’t answer those questions.

A personalized financial plan does.

Either by design — or by default.

Most people think tax savings happen at tax time. Most people think tax savings happen at tax time.

Tax filing is about reporting what happened.
Tax planning is about shaping what happens next.

And that shift can mean keeping more of what you earn.

Small decisions made early often create the biggest results later.

After graduating from Ottawa University, I couldn’ After graduating from Ottawa University, I couldn’t land a marketing job.

At the time, I didn’t really know what the next step was but I knew I wanted to stay connected to what I loved. Being a former university basketball player and seeing the rise of gaming, I decided to try combining both.

That led to two charity initiatives:

All-Star Charity Shootout a basketball event I built over six installments, bringing together some of Canada’s top players across multiple cities while raising over $74,000 for organizations like the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke, Kids Help Phone, and Make-A-Wish.

University Gaming Charity Events campus tournaments where I got to learn, experiment, and work with sponsors like Microsoft Canada.

Looking back, I didn’t have it all figured out. I was just trying things, learning as I went, and hoping it would lead somewhere.

Those experiences eventually led me to a marketing management role at one of the largest financial companies, and later shaped the path to where I am today with The Better Planning Group Inc.

Sometimes, you just have to bet on yourself.
